Privacy Policy for Region Marketing Tools

This Privacy Policy explains how Vineshift, Inc. d/b/a Region ("Region", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information in connection with Region Marketing Tools (the "App"), an internal application that connects to Google APIs. This policy applies to the App. Our general website privacy policy for drinkregion.com is available at drinkregion.com/pages/privacy.
1. Who uses the App
The App is an internal tool used only by authorized Region staff to manage Region's own marketing. It is not offered to customers or the public. Only authorized Region staff sign in to the App, each using their own Google account, and the App only accesses Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and related accounts that Region owns or manages.
2. Information we collect from Google
When an authorized staff member signs in with Google and grants permission, the App accesses the following through Google APIs (including the Google Ads API and the Google Tag Manager API):
- Basic Google account information of the signed-in staff member, such as name and email address, used only to authenticate the connection.
- Region's Google Ads account data: campaign, ad group, ad and keyword settings, budgets, bidding and conversion settings, and performance and conversion reports.
- Keyword research data from Google Ads planning tools, such as keyword ideas and estimated search volumes.
- Region's Google Tag Manager configuration: containers, tags, triggers, variables and versions.
The App does not collect information about visitors to our website or about our customers through Google APIs.
3. How we use the information
We use information received from Google APIs only to plan, create, manage, measure and report on Region's own advertising campaigns and website conversion tracking. Examples include setting up and checking conversion tracking, reviewing campaign performance, researching keywords, adjusting campaign settings, and planning website content. We do not use this information for any other purpose, and we do not use it to serve or target advertising to individuals.
4. How we store and protect the information
Google access credentials (OAuth tokens) are stored on Region-controlled computers, with access restricted to authorized staff. Data retrieved from Google APIs is processed to complete the requested task and is not kept longer than needed for the purposes described above. Reports we choose to keep for our own business records are stored in Region's internal systems with access limited to authorized staff.
5. How we share the information
We do not sell information received from Google APIs. We do not share it with third parties for advertising, marketing, credit, lending or any other purpose unrelated to the App. Information may be processed by service providers acting on Region's behalf, such as cloud hosting and AI-assisted tools we use to operate the App, solely to perform the tasks we request and under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law. Information received from Google APIs is not used to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy
Region Marketing Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
7. Retention, deletion and revoking access
We keep information received from Google APIs only for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, then delete it. A user can revoke the App's access to their Google account at any time from their Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To ask us to delete information received from Google APIs, email hello@drinkregion.com, and we will delete it unless we are required by law to keep it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
