Cadre focuses on cool climate small production Albariño, Grüner Veltliner, and old vine Sauvignon Blanc that is out to show the wine world the greatness of the lively, high acid, energetic and mineral driven cool climate white wines from the Edna Valley.

Join us for our Friday Night Live Music and an exclusive Winemaker Feature with Cadre Wines. We have a rare and delicious deep dive into ✨Sauvignon Blanc—Cadre style!✨
Spend the evening sipping side-by-side vintages of this expressive varietal alongside Owner & Winemaker John Niven of Cadre Wines, who will guide you through how time, terroir, and thoughtful winemaking shape each glass. From bright aromatics to evolving texture and flavor, you’ll taste the subtle (and not-so-subtle) differences that make every vintage unique—all while hearing the stories and decisions behind the wines.
Paired beautifully with Live Music by Cassi Nicholls for a fun Friday Night in downtown. Wines will be available for purchase in a side-by-side tasting or by the glass. Come sip, learn, snack, and savor a truly special wine experience.
