Join us for a laid-back, flavor-packed evening with Sixteen 600, led by legendary Sonoma viticulturist Phil Coturri, whose roots in organic farming span over four decades. Known for sourcing from some of Sonoma’s most thoughtfully farmed vineyards, Sixteen 600 crafts small-lot wines that are vibrant, a little wild, and full of personality—ranging from Rhône varietals to Zinfandel and beyond.
For this special night Sam Coturri will be pouring a lineup of their signature funky, fun, and expressive wines, perfectly paired with unique and delicious Acre Pizza slices—bringing together bold flavors and serious good vibes.

DRNK Wines
DRNK represents the collective joy of working and being together. Located in an idyllic setting atop the Laguna Ridge in the heart of Russian River Valley with a 300 foot wine cave – only 1 of 4 in the area.

Join us for a fresh take on everyone’s favorite bubbly cocktail with Winemaker Ryan Kunde of DRNK Wines and Chef/Herbalist Kim La Vere of Land + Local.
In this hands-on, flavor-packed class, you’ll go beyond the classic spritz and explore creative, seasonal variations that highlight vibrant wines, garden-fresh herbs, and thoughtfully crafted botanicals. Ryan will guide you through the wine side of the spritz—how structure, acidity, and aromatics shape the perfect base—while Kim brings her herbalist expertise, introducing unique infusions, garnishes, and unexpected flavor pairings.
You’ll build (and sip) multiple elevated spritzes, learn simple techniques to recreate them at home, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere full of good conversation and even better drinks.
